NPC HOSTS BOTSWANA PUBLIC OFFICERS MEDICAL AID SCHEME (BPOMAS)

This morning, NPC hosted the Botswana Public Officers Medical Aid Scheme (BPOMAS), a closed medical scheme that provides coverage to public service employees as well as parastatal workers. On behalf of BPOMAS, Ms. Victoria Diepo and Ms. Gaone Mosimi delivered a presentation explaining the services offered, such as maternity benefits, dread disease coverage, and funeral cover for both members and their beneficiaries. NPC staff actively participated by asking questions and seeking clarifications. Additionally, they had the opportunity to use the Abby Machine, an early detection medical tool that checks conditions such as body fat percentage, blood pressure, body water levels and, body mass index amongst others.
