NPC HOLDS CAPACITY BUILDING WORKSHOP ON PUBLIC PROCUREMENT AND ETHICS

The National Planning Commission (NPC) held a capacity building workshop for middle & senior management officers aimed at strengthening integrity, professionalism and efficiency in public procurement and ethics. The workshop sought to deepen an understanding of ethical standards and promote best practices in public procurement. When officiating the workshop, the Acting Commissioner General, Ms Keganele Malikongwa stated that the training will equip officers with the right tools and knowledge on procurement processes and procedures. She implored all to take advantage of the training and learn as much as they can to promote fairness and accountability for improved service delivery. The workshop was facilitated by the Principal Procurement Specialist, Mr Joshua Machao from the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
