GOVERNANCE PEACE AND SECURITY TWG PROJECTS AND PROGRAMMES APPRAISAL WORKSHOP

The NPC hosted the Governance Peace and Security Thematic Work group(TWG) projects and programmes appraisal workshop at Oasis Motel today. This marked the fourth and final day of the series of workshops to propose projects and programmes for consideration on NDP12. Key issues emerging from the discussions across the different TWGs include labor productivity, tapping into international funding, government’s engagement of external stakeholders such as the private sectors and the preservation of peace and security within the country. The four TWGs are expected to submit their Public Investment Programme by the 29th of October 2024.
