Dr. Mbako Mbo

Dr. Mbako Mbo is the Chief Financial Officer of the First National Bank of Botswana. He is a Chartered Accountant by training and holds a PhD in Business Management and Administration from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. He also holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Botswana. He previously worked as the Global CFO for personal and business banking at Standard Chartered Bank Group (Singapore). He also worked for the African Development Bank, based in South Africa as a Fiduciary Specialist for a portfolio spanning several African countries. He has served on various corporate as well as non-profit organisations boards.
