Dr. Marvin Phaup

Dr. Marvin Phaup completed his MA and PhD in Economics and began his distinguished career in the field of economics at Roanoke College in 1966. He then became a Lecturer at the University of Lancaster in England and went on to serve as Senior Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. Dr. Phaup is a visiting scholar and Professorial Lecturer at the Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration at the George Washington University. He has had a long and lustrous career in the field of Economics and budgeting, and has produced some publications and coauthored some research papers mainly on finance and budget.
