Dr. Bernard Tubego-Bulawayo

Dr. Bernard Tubego-Bulawayo is a practicing attorney specializing in corporate, commercial and intellectual property law. He holds Bachelor of Laws, PhD in Chemical Engineering, and a Diploma in Business and Legal Studies, amongst others. He is a member of various professional bodies including Law Society of Botswana, International Intellectual Property Law Association, as well as South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law. He has served in a number of Boards, including Council of the University of Botswana and Companies and Intellectual Property Authority (CIPA) where he served as Chairperson of the Staff Appeals and HR Committees respectively.
