Hon. Dr. Micus C. Chimbombi

Honourable Dr. Micus Chiwasanee Chimbombi is the current Minister of Lands and Agriculture, and Member of Parliament for South. He holds a Master of Science in Tropical Veterinary Science from the University of Edinburgh, a Post Graduate Diploma in Animal Reproduction from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, and a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Nairobi. Dr Chimbombi has a vast experience in Animal Health and Production, which saw him rise through the ranks from a Veterinary Officer to a Permanent Secretary under the then Ministry of Agriculture. He has also served on various boards in both private and public institutions.
